Juggling it All
Hey everyone! I just finished my first class of healthy & wellness and wanted to recap on the message that my teacher was talking about.
You need to be able to have hobbies and do more than just nursing. Social media accounts, blogs, and other forms of the nursing student phenomenon have probably been shoved in your face about how you'll never have time to do anything other than sleep and eat. Sorry to disappoint you, but sometimes that's true- but to a point. Having hobbies is what might save your sanity through nursing school, whether that might be running a blog, exercise, or watching movies. Choosing something that helps you relax and release stress can lower your risks for cancer, panic attacks, etc.
